Established in 2024 Villa Bougainvillea @Risana has a rich and fascinating history. Originally built as a small family home, the property was later converted into a bed and breakfast. Today, we continue providing warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations like your family home.
Nestled in the southern hills of Johannesburg, Villa Bougainvillea @Risana offers a peaceful and serene setting that is perfect for rest and relaxation. Surrounded by rolling hills, beautiful gardens, and scenic trails, our B&B is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Villa Bougainvillea has nine rooms in the three seperate buildings on one stand. We have a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are ENSUITE and 2 bedrooms have one shared bathroom. The main house boasts of a double lounge (A fireplace and a TV Lounge), which opens up to a beautiful sunny patio, with the rose garden right in front. The main house offers bed and breakfast facility.
There is a self catering 3 bedroom flat on the first floor. It has 3 mid size bedrooms with double beds. Two bedrooms lead on to a beautiful balcony. The Balcony has camping chairs and a camping table, so relax and unwind with the majestic view of the Rand Airport and Johannesburg City.
There is a self catering cottage at the top of a small hill, with two bedrooms,2 bathrooms and two kitchens. The cottage has two identical partitions. It has a front patio leading on to the swimming pool and the back deck gives the impression of staying in the country side with lush green trees all around.
The property has 20KW Solar Plant and Boerhole water. You can stay worry free 24/7/
Villa Bougainvillea @Risana is situated on the beautiful and picturesque rocky mountains of Johannesburg south. It has been a loving family home for over 15 years, where every thing was hand picked by the family for their personal use. Having relocated to a different town, the family decided to convert the property into a Bed and Breakfast, since it has everything a a business travellor or holiday maker would need. Since the owner himself was a business traveller, he could relate to the needs of the quintessential traveller,

This charming flat is on the first floor. It has three bedrooms with queen beds, two bedrooms open onto a picturesque balcony, where guests can chill on the camping chairs.
It has a one bathroom with shower,basin and commode.
Launge has sofas for 5 people and 4 seater dining table. The kitchen is full with all nescessary utensils.
Additional bathroom is available downstairs.
Linen,towels , Body wash and Hand wash is provided for.

Patio with sunbed, leading on to the pool. In the rear is the BRAAI Deck, with a touch of a country living. It has a patio sofa to relax.
